Our brand new 5000 square foot Gym is now fully open and operational and we can’t wait for you to see what we have done with the place!

With dedicated areas for each workout type, we have curated our space to make exercising easier by having similar workout machines in close proximity so whether you are doing cardio, heavy lifting or partaking in some of our exercise classes, you will be around people with similar goals to you, to just get better.

We have developed a pricing structure to suit you which allows you to only pay for what you use. If you are someone who just likes to rock up, work hard using weights and machines and then leave, our Just Gym membership is perfect for you. If you enjoy a more social workout where the emphasis is having fun while burning calories then our Just Classes membership will suit you and with many different classes available and more being added constantly, you can workout with like minded individuals who are trying to reach their goals. Or if you like the sound of both of these we offer a full access package where you can take part in any and all weekly classes as well as use all the equipment and services our gym has to offer.
